True change comes from little moments and lots of resets. There is something small you can shift today. Let me show you how.

I’m the therapist you seek out when life gets lifey. You are not supposed to know how to tackle life’s transitions on your own! Whether that looks like becoming new parents, struggling in relationships, navigating family issues or finally making the decision to get help with your anxiety or depression, I give you a place to start and a path forward.

About Me

For as long as I can remember, I’ve enjoyed being the one to ask, “how can I help?”

Whether it’s navigating life post pandemic, post kids or understanding where anxiety or depression is coming from, I’ve always been drawn to helping others. You could even say the art of listening is in my genes. My grandmother was a therapist who inspired my therapeutic style in the room: engaging and empathetic with a direct approach so we can uncover the reasons you stay stuck.

I have over thirteen years of clinical experience and I use it to tailor what you need to get through the transition you’re struggling with. I walk side by side with the individuals and families I work with to make sense of painful moments and improve their mental health. I utilize cognitive behavioral interventions to create impactful long lasting change.

When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family, anything outdoors (fly fishing, golf, walking, beach), catching up with friends and exploring LA’s restaurant scene.
